Benefits of EXERCISE AFTER DELIVERY | Dr.Soumya Choudri Valluri
"The postnatal exercises many mothers will have a question when to start the exercise and what are the benefits of exercises. The postnatal exercises can be started whenever you're comfortable and feeling healthy. But before starting just consult your doctor once. So if it was a vaginal normal delivery without any complications you can actually start few days after your delivery . But however the doctor would recommend you to start at least 6 weeks after your delivery"
Are pre conceptional doctor visits necessary ? | Dr. Soumya Choudri Valluri
"Are preconceptional doctor visits necessary? Yes they are very necessary for planning a healthy and safe pregnancy. What exactly happens in preconceptional doctor visits? The doctor will take a brief history of you like if you have delivered previously. The children they will ask like what were the consequences or were there any complications in the pregnancy or if you have any medical issues like sugar, diabetes or thyroid or any other issues. They will take care and they will change the medications which are being prescribed now so that they are safe if you also continue in pregnancy. Other than that they are even going to examine you as well"
Is travelling safe in pregnancy ? | Dr. Soumya Choudri Valluri
"Is traveling safe in pregnancy? Most women come up asking ma'am can I travel in pregnancy yes it's safe to travel in pregnancy. But do consult your doctor before traveling. When is it safe to travel in pregnancy? The second trimester is the ideal period to travel in pregnancy it starts from 13 weeks till 32 weeks. Beyond 32 weeks you have to consult your airlines before you actually plan for any travel. What are the best modes to travel in pregnancy? Is it flight car or the train? The train would be the safest mode to travel in pregnancy"
What is Hyperemesis Gravidarum? | Dr. Rupam Arora
Hyperemesis gravidarum is a condition characterized by severe nausea, vomiting, weight loss and electrolyte disturbance in the first trimester of pregnancy. It is very common for about 70 to 80% of patient. They suffer from nausea and vomiting. So nothing to be worried about and with other causes being ruled out we just treat it like a pregnancy-specific condition

What is Cesarean Hysterectomy? | Dr. Vinatha Puli
"So sometimes, it is not always possible for women to have only one cesarean or two cesarean. For some reasons people might plan a more prominent family, or there were problems in the first cesarean baby hasn't survived or we haven't need to do many cesareans generally everyone will ask is it safe to go for a second is it safe to go for a third is it safe to go for more like four can we still plan a more prominent family so the risks that can be involved can be very varied some women will have a lot of risks even with one cesarean. The second cesarean might be the most complicated, but the fourth or fifth cesarean is also not that complicated for some, and we can do it more safely. When can we say that women will have complications when we do cesarian? In the second cesarian, we can see that the structures that are pretty stuck inside the uterus are very scarred and thinned out. Then we will tell in that cesarian itself that it might not be very safe to go for a third or fourth one because when the scar is so thin, the subsequent pregnancy, the chance of the scar giving weight is very high. For some"
