Dr. Sheela R Gajapathy is an energetic, enthusiastic Obstetrics and Gynecologist. She received her medical degree from the prestigious and well renowned Government Kilpauk Medical College, Tamil Nadu, Dr. M.G.R medical University, Chennai. She graduated with a residency, MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2019 from the world renowned & India’s Premier Institute, AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Sheela is also a Public Health graduate, Women and child health from University Of Minnesota, USA, 2014. Dr. Sheela R Gajapathy specializes in General & High Risk Obstetrics, including Preconception counseling, Infertility work up, Antenatal care, Post-Partum care, Well Women care, Contraceptive counseling, gynecological (General and Screening services) and Obstetric Surgeries. She has Special training in Abortion, Ligation and Post abortion care (PAFP-Directorate of family Welfare). She received the Best Outgoing Student of her batch 2019, AIIMS, Delhi, winner of National Talent Young Scholar (TYSA) OBG 2018 in North Zone and India.

She has well over 15 Research papers published in Fetal, Pediatric Cardiology, & Laparoscopy. She is the Winner of Best Oral Abstract Paper - AOGD, 2018. She has presented her work in international conferences as SCMR, ESC congress, AOGD, Minimal Invasive Gynecology. She is multi linguistic speaks fluent English (American), Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam. Dr. Sheela prioritizes patient comfort, needs and work towards ethical practice.
