Dr Shalini Rao is an experienced child neurologist with experience with the management of complex epilepsies and starting, managing and maintaining children on a ketogenic diet. She has experience in Neuro-disability, behavioural disorders, Neuro-genetic and Neuro-metabolic conditions.

She trained in University Hospital of Wales, UK. Worked as a registrar in the department of Paediatric Neurology over a period of two years. Obtained a certificate of completion of training in 2015. She also has a postgraduate certificate in medical education from Dundee university.

She is dedicated to comprehensive care for the child and family, training and educating the patients and families about their child’s condition thereby empowering them to manage it optimally.
