I Dr. Gauri Krishna an internationally published research physician in the field of paediatric metabolic medicine with over a decade’s experience in medical teaching, writing and statistics. My expertise is in Paediatrics and Metabolic medicine, and I look after children and families who have inherited disorders that affect the body’s normal biochemical reactions. I have more than 5 years’ experience as a consultant in two of the leading hospitals in London. I am the quality improvement lead and head of departmental teaching and have worked as the Principal Investigator in four international consortium studies and Sub Principal investigator in 4 studies (https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5672-4671). I work closely with laboratory scientists, metabolic dietitians, pharmacist specialists and nursing teams. This field is research-active and with the rapid and innovative developments in therapeutics for metabolic disorders.
