Cloudnine: How would you describe your pregnancy journey on Cloudnine?
Swati: I delivered my first baby during this lockdown period. More than anything else, our family was concerned about the spreading of the virus through the crowd that existed in the hospitals. Cloudnine hospital had made necessary arrangements in such a way that there were restricted entry inside the hospital and when I had to go for the last scan in my 9th month, one nurse accompanied me, guided me and helped me in completing my scanning and consulting since only I was allowed to enter into the hospital.
Cloudnine: What would you say about your experience with your doctor, paediatrician and other support staff?
Swati: I consulted Dr. Manju Nair first at Cloudnine HRBR. She is an amazing person. She spent a lot of time with me and my husband explaining every process in detail and addressing our concerns very patiently. She is a real inspiration for many women like me. I will fall short of words to express my deepest sense of gratitude to Dr. Manju Nair. She is a real angel.
During my pregnancy time, I consulted Dr. Manjula Deepak. She is yet another amazing doctor at Cloudnine. She is full of energy and explains everything with utmost patience. She is very jovial and makes everything very easy to understand. She is another angel to the Cloudnine family just like Dr. Manju Nair.
Both the doctors are highly qualified, experienced and empathetic. Both of them were available whenever I needed any help. I have never seen them getting irritated with me or any other patient. They carry the same energy level with all patients. I really admire both of them and I consider them as one of our family members. God bless them both.
The support staff on Cloudnine at HRBR, Kammanhalli and Old airport Road and extremely good. I must mention the names of the staff and employees who were really helpful; Ms. Kavitha (Old airport road), Ms. Priya (HRBR), Ms. Benny(HRBR). I could recollect the names of these ladies. However, all other staff members were very cooperative and helpful. Ms. Benny took care of me and my newborn baby with the utmost care. Special thanks to her. The success of the services at Cloudnine is due to the amazing team working on Cloudnine.
