We wholeheartedly agree with this iconic line. We recently had the good fortune of witnessing such fierceness within our quarters at Cloudnine Bengaluru, when we hosted Mom Warrior Mukul Bastia. She is a working mom, who recently delivered her baby on Cloudnine Bengaluru, under the supervision of Dr. Shefali Tyagi. Originally hailing from Orissa, Mukul currently resides in Bengaluru. Amidst her busy schedule, she took out some time to answer some of the questions we had for her, which touched our hearts.

During the course of our conversation, Mukul shared with us some of her experiences during her journey of pregnancy.
Mukul talked to us about how she juggled between her pregnancy and her professional life. Speaking of the support that she received from her family, she says,
“I am a working professional, so I had to continue working until 8 months of my pregnancy period. My parents and my husband were my biggest pillars of strength during these tough times, leaving no stone unturned to support me throughout. I must thank my parents for all the support they provided me with during this lockdown that none of us anticipated.
They took care of all the household chores, and I did not have to worry about a single thing! My husband supported me throughout the pregnancy and even after the delivery, he helped me with the baby, be it diaper changes or midnight feeds. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and properly rested during and even after my pregnancy. I really appreciate them for all that they did to support me.
