I had seen many couples coming out of Cloudnine (Malleshwaram) with happy face , innocent little babies in their hands and cars decorated with balloons. It was a perfect picture of celebration. I had always dreamt of delivering at Cloudnine. When I got pregnant, here I was. After doing my bit of research about the hospital, and after getting feedbacks from friends and colleagues, I decided to opt for Dr. Prakash Kini as my doctor.
After the journey of 9 months, my little angel was born on 30th May, 2013 with Dr. Kini’s expertise. I had to undergo C-section and the fact that my husband was allowed with me in the delivery room was a very encouraging factor to me. With him by my side I had all the support I needed. This was indeed one of the things which made the delivery very special to me. Just the way Cloudnine does not like to smell or look like a hospital, I also was not made to feel like a patient. A few hours after the delivery, I was made to walk and in a couple of days I could even climb the stairs. Dr. Kini made me feel alive and energetic and made me realize that it is not necessary to sleep the entire time. This gave me the confidence to resume my day-to-day activities with ease.
The overall service provided by Cloudnine was overwhelming since everybody paid special attention including the doctors, nurses and the staff and provided round the clock services.
I must say, my experience in Cloudnine has been a very memorable one and I’m sure many other mothers around the city agree with me.
